purchasing goods

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

A Contract between the customer and No.15.Ltd for the sale of products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.

All dates quoted for delivery if given are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

All prices indicated for Items available via the Website are inclusive of V.A.T (where applicable) at the current rate and are quoted in £ pounds sterling. We are not responsible for slight changes in final purchase price due to daily changes in the currency exchange rate throughout the EU and rest of the world.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders are shipped by Royalmail for a speedy delivery. Our Standard delivery charges are £3.95 for all UK delivery addresses, £7.95 for EU orders and £ for overseas orders. (There maybe additional fees or a higher delivery charge dependent on individuals online order)

All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please email us at mail@no15ltd.com and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number.

Return policy - changing your mind

If you are not completely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange (where possible) or refund provided that the products are returned in perfect, unused condition and with the original packaging.

Please take notice of all product care information as described online as well information on any care label, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash/or by any other method.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Payments

All sales are by Paypal, credit card or debit card.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta & Switch . All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (?) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Our Guarantee?

If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our boutique, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We will do our best to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and in this case No.15.Ltd will inform you ASAP and offer you a refund or suggest an alternative.

Conformity of goods?

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

No.15.Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither No.15.Ltd nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of No.15.Ltd or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
